If you have an after hours orthodontic problem that cannot wait until regular business hours you may call the
phone number at the bottom of this page and you will be given a trained staff members phone number for help.

If a wire is irritating your mouth, cover it with orthodontic wax.

A loose band or bracket can generally be left in place until seen in our office. Call the office as soon as you notice
a loose band or bracket so we can adjust your appointment. Failure to notify our office regarding a loose or broken
appliance may make it necessary to reschedule your repair.

A broken archwire, or one that is irritating the gum or cheek tissue, needs to be seen as soon as possible for
replacement or adjustment.

A lip bumper, removable appliance or grin jumpers that are broken or not fitting well need to be seen as soon as
possible for repair, replacement or adjustment. Call the office to schedule an appointment as soon as you notice
there is a problem. If you have a question or concern of any kind regarding your treatment please let us know
